Puma were given a set of architectural drawing and a plot plan of the required facility. With no steelwork construction drawings available, Puma had to engineer and produce a full set of detailed manufacturing drawings to ensure that the facility met all the needs the customer required. Once the civil work was complete and before installation could continue, Puma had to do a complete risk assessment and lift plan for the erection of the steel work.
When the canopy was in place Puma then had to route pipe work to and from the facility including all necessary pipe supports as well as all crash barriers to ensure the fuel gas lines would be safe from impact.
